Hello Kitty Regional Ballpoint Pen - Niigata Limited Edition

This is one of the ballpoint pens from a set of three Niigata-limited regional ballpoint pens sold in 2006. This one features a rice design. (The others, as far as I know, were the Toki [Japanese crested ibis] of Sado Island).

It is, of course, discontinued now, and I think it's quite rare because I haven't seen it on other sites.

It's 20 years old.

It was kept in a stationery case for a long time, so there are some ballpoint pen marks (from a different pen) on the back, but otherwise, it's in pretty good condition. (Please see the third image)
*Since it's unopened, the ink condition hasn't been checked. (There's no ink leakage from the pen tip.)
